Developments in Big Data Analytics are happening faster than ever, and therefore we are happy to announce the next BigDataGemeenten event. The event will take place on the 28th of September, so save the date!
For this event, we will meet at the municipality of Zaanstad. With over 150.000 citizens, Zaanstad is actively organizing itself in a data-driven manner. Jan van Ginkel and Nicolette van Ginkel, both affiliated with the municipality Zaanstad, will welcome us and talk about the data-driven initiatives happening in their municipality. They will also host an interactive session to challenge us on topics related to big data and policy making.
For the first time, this event will also include a talk with Xomnia's side of the story. Martijn Imrich will talk about the Big Data Reference Architecture , and how to take all these great data-driven initiatives into the production stage. He will talk about his experiences and where developments will lead to in the near future.
