Investment firm Foreman Capital has taken a majority share in AI consultancy Xomnia, a new chapter in the journey of our company as we kick off a new decade of impact with data & AI.
Foreman Capital is an entrepreneurial investment company focused on growing profitable SMEs that operate in a B2B environment. From its offices in Amsterdam and Copenhagen, the Foreman team has supported over the past 25 years entrepreneurs, founders and family companies to realize their growth ambitions and further professionalize their businesses.
Founded 10 years ago by Ollie Dapper and William van Lith, Xomnia currently employs a total of 85 people. We witnessed strong growth, getting awarded the FD Gazelle award multiple times over the past years. In 2022, Jordi Hompes joined our management team as CEO, taking over the overall responsibility from the founders.

Co-Founders Ollie Dapper and William van Lith will remain involved in Xomnia as shareholders. Foreman will function as an active sparring partner, supporting Xomnia’s management in accelerating its growth strategy.
