Talents canal cruise
By now it has been two weeks, but our first trip with potential data science Talents was a success! On Friday the 17th of July, the newest draft of data science talent got on board with us (literally) for a cruise through the Amsterdam canals.
The start of the trip was… exciting. The small boat, owned by friends of Xomnia, has space for about ten people. With all twelve invitees showing up, we weren’t quite sure we were going to stay afloat. Everything went perfectly, however, and soon the conversations started on data mining, machine learning, programming, and other interests. We would like to thank everyone that attended for their time and good spirits.
For who isn’t quite up to date yet…
Xomnia Talents has been underway for only a few months now in setting up a data science traineeship for high potentials. Thanks to the interest of (still studying) data scientists in the activities of Xomnia, we come in contact with a lot of potential Talents. With our data science traineeship, we offer these talents the opportunity to grow and develop into high potentials for the most innovative organizations that (already) work with us.
Xomnia’s experienced data scientists have selected eight of these talents, and most of them have already been to interviews with our clients. They will form our first Xomnia Talents class starting September 15th.
