Survey, sentiment and text analysis to understand neighbourhoods
The Persgroup (Newspaper Algemeen Dagblad) started a research to discover how Dutch citizens thing about important topics such as healthcare, education, safety and transport. Xomnia was asked to analyse 100.000 surveys that included open text data. By enriching the survey data set, applying text and sentiment analysis, and putting all this data together in a dummy proof dashboard, we enabled the Persgroep to work with survey data on a whole new level. Filtering and comparing results lead to new insights and unexpected findings.
