For Travic International (Cheap Tickets) Xomnia built a model that predicts which cross and upsell is eligible for a specific customer. It predicts whether or not someone would purchase a specific cross sell opportunity with 28% better accuracy than chance. This model enables Travix International to implement a customer centric approach that meets a customer’s specific wants and needs and therewith optimizes conversion, customer satisfaction and profits for Travix International.
